Passengers would reproduce until they

reach the destination. The crew that

arrives at the destination is descended

from those who started the journey.

2. HIBERNATION

Passengers would be put into hibernation

through techniques like cryopreservation

during the entire journey.

3. FROZEN EMBRYOS

Robots with frozen human embryos would

travel long distances. Once they arrive

at the destination, robots would act as

parents to the baby humans.

4. HOPPING THROUGH SPACE

Passengers would hop from one space

object to other (like comets, asteroid,

etc) to collect resources that would help

them during the journey ahead.

5. TIME DILATION

Einstein comes to the rescue! Traveling at very high speeds would cause time to slow down for passengers aboard the ship allowing them to travel vast distances without agng much.
